Back up for a minute - with the rebuilt starter installed will it still "pop" start? - ( I assume this is push or bump starting)
If it will then I sould like something is killing your ignition - like the kill switch on the kickstand or a short in the handlebar kill switch -
What did you connect and disconnet in replacing the starter?
